* Vacations in Kissimmee, FL/Orlando FL (near Disney), Daytona Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, FL and the Caribbean will be offered to all qualified registrants. See below for qualification requirements.
* Your submission of a reservation request constitutes your agreement to these Terms and Conditions evidences your express request and consent to be contacted by AOK Travel or any of it's affiliates with other offers of its and other's products and services by telephone, including automated telephone equipment, prerecorded message and facsimile, e-mail and/or mail at the telephone number(s) and address(es) provided, even if your telephone number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or any State managed do not call list.
* Any offer of a discounted vacation over the phone is not a free offer, contest, or lottery.
* The discounted cost of this vacation excludes hotel tax, meals, gratuities, and transportation to and from all vacation destinations. All qualified registrants are required to attend a 90 minutes sales presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership at our contracted resort(s). You may also be offered the opportunity to purchase airfare, rental cars and extended stay at additional costs.
* The vacation package includes a vacation to Orlando, Florida area; Daytona Beach, Florida area and/or Ft Lauderdale Florida area; and an optional round trip

* We can offer this vacation substantially below the retail value in order to promote ownership at the subcontracted resorts. Therefore, while on vacation in
you (and your spouse if married) will be required to attend a sales presentation on the benefits of acquiring ownership at a resort in iach of the locations visited lasting for part of one morning or afternoon. The resort will be identified upon your travel in Orlando.
* This promotion may be offered throughout the United States and elsewhere, however, it is void where prohibited by law and is not directed to residents in any state in which a registration of the vacation ownership plan or offer is required but in which registration requirements have not yet been met.

* If any component of your vacation is not available with our advertised providers on your confirmed travel dates, we reserve the right to substitute
accommodations of equal or greater value.
* To activate the reservation request, complete the reservation request form, complete demographics, execute charging authorization and FAX it to us.
* Select a reservation date up to 12 months from your purchase date.
* Avoid travel w/in 7 days before or after a Holiday to avoid surcharge (~$15/Room/Night).
* Short notice requests may be accepted.
* There is a nominal $25 surcharge for any changes once confirmed.
* Also, once confirmed reservations are non-cancelable but transferable to another qualified party for a $25 pp transfer fee. Because of special handling required, surcharges are increased for multiple changes and/or changes with less than 30 days advance notice.
* Your assigned Fulfillment Agency will contact you directly and provide you with written confirmation of your approved dates and full details of your assigned check in date and location. Initial check-in at an area welcome center may be required.
* Do not make travel arrangements until you have WRITTEN Confirmation from your assigned Travel Agency.
* Once a confirmation has been issued there are NO REFUNDS.
* Changes are subject to availability and the following:
o All requests for changes must be made in writing accompanied by the reservation change request form and must be received by us not less than 45 days prior
to the new requested travel date.
o Requests for changes will be subject to applicable fees.
o There is limited availability during holidays and peak demand times.
o Your reservations will be confirmed to you in writing.
o Do not book airline flights until you have received your letter of confirmation from us.
o No-shows forfeit their scheduled vacation.
o No changes will be permitted within 7 days of a confirmed travel date.
o All travel must be completed within 18 months from the “Issue Date” indicated on the front of this Reservation Form.

* All transportation, food, Hotel taxes, reservations, processing, and handling fees (~$12 to $20/room/night), transfers, telephone calls, administrative fees, roll-away beds, alcoholic beverages and gratuities are the responsibility of the user. Upon check-in, hotels will require identification and an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges.
* Accommodations are subject to availability and our and our fulfillers allocations - Consequently Reserve Early!
* Two forms of ID are required: a valid drivers license and a major credit card.
* This reservation request is void as to Central Florida Residents (Residents of Orange, Osceola, Lake, Brevard, Polk, Seminole, or Volusia Counties or living within 50 miles of Orlando) or non-US/UK/Canadian/Western European residents, and/or where prohibited or not in compliance with all laws and regulations. Terms and Conditions - Cruise Vacation

* The above General Terms and Conditions, to the extent applicable, as well as the cruise lines terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference.
* Port taxes of approximately $199.00 per person based on double occupancy per cabin as a minimum are required to be paid at the time of booking your
reservations.
* All US and Canadian born citizens must have valid proof of citizenship - a passport, certified birth certificate, or certified naturalization certificate. Resident aliens must travel with their "green cards." Visit http://travel.state.gov for official information as travel document requirements are subject to change. Travelers from other countries should check with the appropriate consulate to determine necessary travel documents. Failure to show proper documentation for immigration and customs may result in denial of boarding and no refunds will be provided.
* Cruise includes all meals and on-ship activities.
* Alcoholic beverages, shore excursions and other incidental charges are not included in this vacation and are your sole responsibility.
* The cruise currently departs from Port Everglades at Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
* Any cancellations, name changes, or revisions made 31 or more days prior to sailing are subject to a $50.00 per reservation change fee.
* Any cancellations, name changes or revisions, 30 to 8 days prior to sail date will be subject to a $100.00 per person penalty.
* There will be no refunds for cancellations 7 to 0 days prior to sailing or for no-shows or denied boardings on the day of sailing.

Terms and Conditions - Las Vegas Vacation

* The above General Terms and Conditions, to the extent applicable, are incorporated herein by reference.
* You may use this portion of your vacation package as a separate vacation to be taken anytime up to 18 months after “issue date”.
* Hotel taxes run ~$20.00 per night per room and must be paid when your reservation is confirmed or at check-in.
* Las Vegas permits two guest per room at no charge. Additional guests require a surcharge of $15.00 to $30.00 per person per night.
* Check-in is permitted Sun-Wed.
* All reservation requests must be made in writing and fax'd to us and cannot be accepted or confirmed via phone.
* The reservation request form must be completed in its entirety and received by us at least 45 days prior to the earliest requested travel date.
* Availability is based on a first-come first-served basis.
* At least two travel dates must be specified and they must be at least 15 days apart.
* Be advised there is limited availability during holidays, conventions, and peak demand times.
* Allow at least 60 days if requesting holidays or other peak times as availability is limited.
* Your reservations will be confirmed to you in writing.
* Do not book airline flights until you have received your letter of confirmation from us.
* No-shows forfeit their scheduled vacation and consent to be charged for their accommodations and other benefits received.
* No changes will be permitted within 1 week of a confirmed travel date.
* All travel must be completed within 18 months from the “Issue Date” of the Reservation Request.

Terms and Conditions of Vacation Transfer

* The recipient (New Vacation Holder) of the transferred vacation is subject to and agrees to comply with all the terms and conditions hereof.
* A vacation can only be transferred at no cost to an adult who is at least 25 years of age, who will be required to attend (with spouse if married) a sales presentation during part of a morning or afternoon on the benefits of acquiring an ownership interest at one of our partner timeshare resorts in Florida.
* IMPORTANT: THE RESERVATION REQUEST FORM, WHEN SUBMITTED FOR DATES, MUST BE SIGNED BY THE NEW VACATION HOLDER.

Privacy Rights

* What information is gathered about me? The information we gather depends largely on what part of the site you are visit. For statistical traffic tracking we implore the use of sessions and pixel tags. We track account usage such as; last time visited, last update, etc. for all registered accounts.
* How do you keep track of me when I'm on your site? In a continued effort to provide the highest quality of service and shopping experience we keep track of general traffic on our site as well as detailed stats on what areas are viewed. This information is then utilized specifically for marketing analysis. No personal information is logged during this process.
* Do you notify customers of any changes to your policy? You will always be able to find the most recent privacy policy on our site.


Terms of Promotion - In addition to any terms contained therein, these terms apply only to Vacation Packages offered by and the purchasing of Vacation Packages directly from AOK Travel or All Over It Travel. These Terms do NOT apply to the submission of Reservation Requests submitted that came from third party Vacation Packages which All Over It Travel or AOK Travel is fulfilling for said third party Vacation Package Marketers.

This vacation package is an offer designed to promote vacation ownership plans for households with a combined income over $50,000 (Both spouses income added together). This offer supersedes all other representations made in regard to this offer, verbal or written. Bearer shall receive the benefits and services described on the first page of this purchase confirmation in exchange for the charges agreed to be paid by participant. Participant understands that the payment vehicle in which he or she provided for payment at the time of offer, either credit card or check draft, shall be automatically debited on the day of the initiation of their order. THE PURCHASER HAS FULL RIGHT TO CANCEL HIS/HER ORDER AT NO PENALTY WITHIN 7-DAYS FROM THE INITIATION OF THEIR ORDER. In the event the participant changes dates subsequent to the first rescheduled date, a fee of $50 will apply for each change requested thereafter. Failure to notify us of any changes to your vacation within 7 days of scheduled check in date will result in the cancellation of your vacation, and the immediate forfeiture of the vacation package and any monies paid. Airfare, transportation, taxes, meals and other incidental costs are not included in this offer and are the responsibility of the purchaser. This is an advance purchase package. Travel related benefits such as Cruise, or other accommodation provider of such travel related benefits, is responsible for the benefits to which it offers and each have independent terms and conditions to which each is responsible for providing to the purchaser in conjunction with such offers independent of AOK Travel's terms and conditions.
